You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Courses and Content

Course materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial learning. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content without prior written permission. Indigenous knowledge shared on this platform is provided with the consent of the communities and knowledge keepers involved and must be treated with respect.

4. Purchases and Refunds

Paid courses grant you a non-transferable licence to access the purchased content. Refund eligibility is described at the point of purchase. Free courses may be enrolled in at no cost.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access, share account access, or upload unlawful or harmful material.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform software, design, and course content remain the property of Indigenous Geographic and its contributors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
